Eileen Kavanagh has deep experience in the alternative investment industry, with a focus on accounting, taxation, and financial management for complex investment platforms. 

Prior to joining Delos, Ms. Kavanagh served as CFO at the private equity firm BoldRose Capital, where she oversaw all aspects of finance, accounting, fund operations, and tax strategy, while partnering closely with the investment team to deliver transparent and timely reporting to investors. Before BoldRose, she was Controller at Orion Resource Partners (USA) LP, a mining and metals commodity-focused alternative investment manager with both private and public equity investment vehicles. 

Earlier in her career, Ms. Kavanagh held finance and accounting roles at several other alternative investment firms, including Fortress Investment Group and Tiger Management. She began her career at Deloitte, where she focused on the taxation of high-net-worth individuals and alternative investment managers. 

Ms. Kavanagh graduated magna cum laude with a BS in Accounting from Saint Francis College and earned an MS in Taxation from Fordham University. She is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York and a member of several professional organizations, including Women In Financial Markets, PECFOA, the AICPA, and the NYSSCPA.
