Based in St. John the Baptist Parish, Louisiana, ECM owns an approximate 1,200-acre tract of land situated between the Mississippi River to the north and Louisiana Highway 3127 to the south, located approximately forty miles west of New Orleans. The Company operates as a building materials site, providing clay approved by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (“USACE”) as contractor furnished material, in addition to other fill soils. Delos acquired ECM in July 2018.
