NEW YORK–(Business Wire)–ACG New York and The M&A Advisor announced the winners of the 4th Annual ACG New York Champion’s Awards on Thursday, June 19th at the 2014 Awards Gala to a jubilant, sold-out crowd at the Metropolitan Club, New York, NY. Delos Capital’s Acquisition of California Paints Corporation was named a winner for the Leveraged Buyout of the Year (Under $100MM).

An independent body of experts representing a cross-section of the middle market industry selected the winning deals and dealmakers from among finalists.
